Memorial to the Commission of Catoosa County

Whereas, The Sedition and Subversive Activities Act of 1953 states that a subversive organization means an organization which engages in or advocates, abets, advises, or teaches, or a purpose of which is to engage in or advocate, abet, advise, or teach activities intended to overthrow, destroy, or to assist in the overthrow or destruction of the Government of the United States, Government of the State of Georgia, or any political subdivision of either of them, by revolution, force or violence; and

Whereas, the State of Georgia declared by the Georgia Memorial To Congress of 1957 the states position by detailing the subversive acts of the de facto United States government, memorializing the overthrow of the Lawful government of the united States of America and several Southern States, including Georgia; and

Whereas, the State of Georgia and its Memorial To Congress of 1957 has remained without response from by the defaulting de facto government of the United States; and

Whereas, the subversive activities declared in the Georgia Memorial To Congress of 1957 include the fact that the so-called 14th and 15th amendments are null, void and of no effect because the Lawful government of the united States of America and the State of Georgia where unconstitutionally overthrown in an attempt to force the illegal ratification of the said so-called amendments, thereby rendering all elections and legislative acts since that time null, void and of no effect, being repugnant to the Constitution of the united States of America and the several States; and

Whereas, a petition for Restoration of Lawful Government was served to the Commission of Catoosa County during public meeting of the Commission and entered into the minutes on February 21, 2002 A.D. respectfully urging the Commission of Catoosa County to act in a timely fashion in accordance with the sworn Oaths of Office by conducting Lawful elections restoring Lawful government in Catoosa County, and cease and desist further aiding and abetting the subversive activities and organization declared by the Georgia Memorial to Congress of 1957; and

Whereas, the Commission of Catoosa County, with the exception of Commissioner Burk E. Hale, Jr., has neglected to respond in accordance with their Oath of Office, restore Lawful government by establishing Lawful elections, or cease and desist aiding and abetting the subversive organization declared by the 1957 Georgia Memorial for over five years, the Lawful Citizens of Catoosa County have been left under duress absent the Lawful restoration of government by the Commission of Catoosa County and its acquiescence in subversive activities:

Now, therefore be it resolved by the Lawful Citizens in Catoosa County:

The Commission of Catoosa County is hereby memorialized and respectfully urged to comply with the Oaths of Office to uphold the Constitution of the united States of America and the Constitution of State of Georgia by declaring that the Commission of Catoosa County shall henceforth cease and desist from aiding and abetting subversive activities associated with the aforementioned illegal amendments legally declared null, void and of no effect by the State of Georgia, and forever hold harmless all Lawful Citizens within Catoosa County that uphold the Constitution of the united States of America and Georgia by resisting aiding and abetting the subversive activities associated with the aforementioned illegal amendments. Furthermore, the Commission of Catoosa County is respectfully urged to enact provisions permitting and encouraging all persons born in the United States of America, 18 years of age or older, to participate as Lawful Citizen Electors in all public elections in Catoosa County.

Be it further resolved that copies of this Memorial petition be transmitted forthwith to the Sheriff of Catoosa County and the Superior Court of Catoosa County.
