Statement of Purpose
• The Creator designed the human body to function in perfect balance and harmony. • Every man and woman must take responsibility to obtain knowledge to maintain health and wellness, balance and harmony in the body and mind.
• There are no cures, only the potential to restore balance according to the Creator's perfect plan. • Health and wellness may be achieved by researching and seeking knowledge from many sources, as to how the human body functions, and by understanding this process, and diligently applying wellness principles, the body may achieve a state of balance and harmony.

User Rules
• User must be a supporter in good standing to use or view this website or those linked above, order product or to attend seminars, receive special information, and invitations to events. The term "Network" includes Range Guide Network, Burk-Elder: Hale, Third, Burk Hale, Inc., and supporters of same with the exception of membership in the Range Guide Network.
• User is hereby given notice that all information they see or hear, at any time, on this website or from the Range Guide Network, Burk-Elder: Hale, Third, Burk Hale, Inc., or its supporters, during Network events, through written material, telephone conversations, or Network affiliations shall be understood to be the supporter's personal opinion, whether acting jointly or separately, and shall not be construed as a recommendation, endorsement or advertisement, diagnosis or treatment of disease. Further, should User choose to act upon this information, he/she will hold the Range Guide Network and all supporters blameless when they choose to exercise their free will in applying the information, for their personal use, as they deem appropriate. User agrees to assume all liability for their activities in breach of this agreement. Supporters may acquire further rights to information and products through other agreements that remain in accord with our Statement of Purpose and User Rules.
• User waives any claims against the Network or any supporter of the Network, should the results of their research, interaction, and decided courses of action fail to in any way meet any expectations that the User may have had before or using or viewing this website or after joining the Range Guide Network.
• User understands that any and all parties, written materials, products and services, to which they are exposed within the boundaries of this Network, constitute a trade secret of the Network, its supporters, officers, and representatives.
• All matters to which the User is directly or indirectly involved, conversations, written material, activities, identities of other supporters, officers or affiliated organizations that are revealed through User in this Network shall be kept secret and strictly confidential. Range Guide Networks Terms of Service and Use applies to all Members.
• User acknowledges, upon their sole discretion, to have the option to privately acquire certain nutritional and organic products that are purchased "as is". Purchasing or using the products is not a requirement for User.
• The User understands that the offer of products, or their use, shall not be interpreted as a remedy, treatment, or cure for any physical or mental problem. Further, if User has experienced health symptoms that are a concern, they are advised to seek the advice and services of a Medical Doctor.
• User hereby attests that they are applying for User in this private Network as a man or woman, independent, not representing any cloak of office, title or agency, or third party interest while engaging in activities, as a supporter of the Range Guide Network.
• User agrees to indemnify (pay back all costs) to this Network and any of it's supporters, in the event they breach any of the above provisions and terms, for one hundred and fifty percent (150%) of all costs incurred by this Network and/or its supporters, officers, and/or agents in defending, litigating, negotiating, and/or settling any claim arising out of, or being a contributing factor to a breach of the terms and conditions of these terms of service and terms of use.

Burk-Elder: Hale, Third. sometimes tracks and catalogs the search terms that users enter in our Search function, but this tracking is never associated with individual users. We use tracking information to determine which areas of our sites users like and don't like based on traffic to those areas. We do not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better service for you.
