Website User, Purchaser or Member Terms of Service and Use
• User must be a supporter in good standing to use or view this website or those linked above, order product, donate for free product or to attend seminars, receive special information, and invitations to events. All Users agree to all terms of use under contractual provisions noted herein. If you use and view this website for any reason you are a User upon proceeding to any webpages requiring User acceptance of these terms herein. The term "Network" includes Range Guide Network(s), Burk-Elder: Hale, Third, Burk Hale, Inc., and supporters of Range Guide Network.
• User is hereby given notice that all information they see or hear, at any time, on this website or from the Range Guide Network, Burk-Elder: Hale, Third, Burk Hale, Inc., or its supporters, during Network events, through written material, telephone conversations, or Network affiliations shall be understood to be the supporter's personal opinion, whether acting jointly or separately, and shall not be construed as a recommendation, endorsement or advertisement, diagnosis or treatment of disease. Further, should User choose to act upon this information, he/she will hold the Range Guide Network and all supporters blameless when they choose to exercise their free will in applying the information, for their personal use, as they deem appropriate. User agrees to assume all liability for their activities in breach of this agreement. Supporters may acquire further rights to information and products through other agreements that remain in accord with our Statement of Purpose and User and Member Terms of Service and Use.
• User waives any claims against the Network or any supporter of the Network, should the results of their research, interaction, and decided courses of action fail to in any way meet any expectations that the User may have had before or using or viewing this website or after joining the Range Guide Network.
• User understands that any and all parties, written materials, products and services, to which they are exposed within the boundaries of this Network, constitute a trade secret of the Network, its supporters, officers, and representatives. Only authorized distributors may resale Bionaid and ZeoHeal.
• All matters to which the User is directly or indirectly involved, conversations, written material, activities, identities of other supporters, officers or affiliated organizations that are revealed through User in this Network shall be kept secret and strictly confidential. Range Guide Networks Terms of Service and Use included with the Agreement herein applies to all Members.
• User acknowledges, upon their sole discretion, to have the option to privately acquire certain nutritional and organic products that are purchased "as is". Purchasing or using the products is not a requirement for User. There are no minimum purchase requirements for Members.
• The User understands and agrees that the offer of products, or their use, shall not be interpreted as a remedy, treatment, or cure for any physical or mental problem. Further, if User has experienced health symptoms that are a concern, they are advised to seek the advice and services of a Medical Doctor. User understands and agrees that should they discover that in using any products offered on our websites that viruses or any other pathogens have little or no effect on them that it is totally coincidental and that we do not authorize any claims that our products cure any diseases.
• User hereby attests that in viewing this website, corresponding with the Nertwork and any related activity that they are a User in this private Network as an adult man or woman, acting independently, not representing any cloak of office, title or agency, or third party interest while engaging in activities, as a User of the Range Guide Network.
• User agrees in indemnifying (pay back all costs) to this Network or Burk-Elder: Hale, Third or his assigns and any of it's supporters or Members, in the event they breach any of the above provisions and terms, for one hundred and fifty percent (150%) of all costs incurred by this Network and/or its supporters, officers, and/or agents in defending, litigating, negotiating, and/or settling any claim arising out of, or being a contributing factor to a breach of the terms and conditions of these terms of service and terms of use. Buyer and Member agrees being charged $500 per each violation of the Agreement herein, especially for PayPal disputes determined frivolous by Burk-Elder: Hale, Third or his assigns. Donations are non-refundable. Disputes including PayPal regarding donations are frivolous. Users and Members that have paid their donations will receive free product as it is available.
• User agrees with respect to bulk orders requiring a deposit on product cost or production that should a Member, person or individual purchasing product violate the terms herein by not paying any remaining payments for product due at the time the product is ready for shipping that the Member, person or individual purchasing product forfeits the deposit and all product related to the deposit. Purchases of Bionaid and ZeoHeal automatically obligates purchasers complete adherence with the Agreement herein and Terms of Service and Use referenced herein regardless of the laws and regulations of their country or nation. There is a 50% restocking charge deducted from payments of all shipped orders that are canceled or for which a refund is requested.
• The Member Agreement is in full force and effect for 25 years for each Member and will automatically renew for each Member every 25 years after they became Members. Burk-Elder: Hale, Third or his assigns may terminate the Agreement herein at any time. The provisions stated herein and linked herein constitute the entire Member Agreement and User Terms of Service and Use. Members may terminate the Member Agreement herein by sending a written request to Burk-Elder: Hale, Third. The Customer Service location for mailing written materials is [702] Woodgate Road, Ringgold, Georgia [30736]. The Terms of Service and Use remain in full force and effect at all times for all Users of all websites in the Range Guide Network.
How do I report an adverse event?
All our products are safe, we've never had a report of any adverse events, all supporters have been totally satisfied and grateful for the products, and we do not expect adverse side effects to ever occur.
