The goal of Energy Technology Alliance (ETA) is to create a cooperative synergy and an alliance with present research and development from several groups. Provide a construct in which we can work in safety and cooperation to develop technology that will significantly augment and replace much of our present fossil fuel industry. H.O.P.E. Club is the support organization for ETA.

ETA is positioned to quickly facilitate the introduction of these technologies to the public with a unique marketing strategy that we believe will not be overcome.

Competing energy technologies have repeatedly been suppressed by those who profit from the present technology. The suppression of these new technologies is easily accomplished through traditional marketing methods. Viable alternatives require an untraditional approach.

The following is an outline creating synergistic, cooperative alliances, as opposed to our present business models, which are often ruthless and self-serving.

In a cooperative synergistic alliance, provision is made for individuals and/or companies to share ideas in a safe atmosphere which does not threaten individuals or companies, and provides the means to fairly reward and protect contributions at all levels; i.e., intellectual contributions, man hours, development, finances, whether it be those who arrange funding or provide funding, for particular efforts. Intellectual’s rights and product development will be compensated from the licensing agreements on these products.

Again, history has demonstrated that if individual companies become involved in manufacturing and sales of competing products, they are an easy target. By delegating responsibility to the level of individuals, it becomes increasingly difficult and impractical to suppress innovations.

It is almost impossible to suppress a large number of like-minded individuals.

This understanding gives us a model for a successful marketing strategy in today‘s political climate.

* Presently, we will not form a company to manufacture and sell products.
* We will provide individuals licensing rights for the technologies, which authorizes individual to produce their own units.
* We will provide technical and material support for the production of individual units.

Mission Statement

ETA has determined that the biggest change in the future will be in two areas - the way we access information, and the way we produce and use energy. ETA’s mission is to foster a Cooperative Business Model, as opposed to the traditional competitive model that is so prevalent in today's economy. ETA will actively pursue Cooperative Alliance Agreements and establish synergistic lines of communication that compensate fairly for contributions on all levels of operation and involvement. By doing so we hope to be a leading source of information, education and new technology as these new energy products enter the marketplace, and to provide the best training and support possible for the products and services available with the support of the H.O.P.E. Club.

Marketing Strategy

ETA’s strategy is based on the idea that those whom we educate, and keep informed of new developments will be H.O.P.E. Club Members using ETA’s products and services. ETA is developing the contacts that will keep H.O.P.E. Club Members abreast of the most current information and new energy products. Energy costs make up about 1/5 to 1/4 of the cost of all goods and services we have today. That means that of the $20 trillion spent worldwide each year for goods and services, energy costs are $4 to $5 trillion. That is the potential size of our market!

ETA’s extended mission

ETA’s extended mission is to provide a catalyst, which can bring together the best of these new technologies. Then provide a marketing strategy through H.O.P.E. Club Members that can successfully introduce them into public use. ETA will determine the validity of these technologies and identify target markets. ETA is also involved in it’s own projects.

Untraditional Marketing

* We will manufacture or sell some of the more "controversial" new energy products. We will support other companies, inventors and individuals by making materials and fabrication facilities available, such as machine shops, machinists and technical support.
* We will issue individual licensing agreements for the use of our own technology with fully detailed plans.
* We prefer Internet and word-of-mouth promotion of our products and services, and other products we are licensed to promote.

We are at one of the most pivotal junctures in human history. The choices we make now can have enormous impact for generations to come! We have slowly allowed ourselves to be sold in to a state of comfortable economic slavery by those that control our present energy economy. If we continue as we are, these chains will only grow stronger. This is not the heritage I want to leave for those that follow after us. Today we must endeavor to preserve and regain our economic and personal freedom! The following are excerpts from an article Published March 1st 2001 by Peter Lindemann, D.Sc.:

The World of Free Energy

* Free energy technology is here. It has been here for decades.
* Communications technology and the Internet have torn the veil of secrecy off of this remarkable fact.
* People all over the world are starting to build free energy devices for their own use.

I would like to describe to you a short list of "free energy" [Actually, this is a concept commonly phrased as "free energy", but the idea is to produce more "surplus" energy than the actual energy being utilized to generate energy.] technologies that I am currently aware of, and that are proven beyond all reasonable doubt. The common feature connecting all of these discoveries, is that they use a small amount of one form of energy to control or release a large amount of a different kind of energy. Many of them tap the underlying Ether field in some way; a source of energy conveniently ignored by "modern" science.

1) Radiant Energy. Nikola Tesla's Magnifying Transmitter, T. Henry Moray's Radiant Energy Device, Edwin Gray's EMA Motor, and Paul Baumann's Testatika Machine all run on Radiant Energy. This natural energy form can be gathered directly from the environment (mistakenly called "static" electricity) or extracted from ordinary electricity by the method called "fractionlization." Radiant Energy can perform the same wonders as ordinary electricity, at less than 1% of the cost. It does not behave exactly like electricity, however, which has contributed to the scientific community's misunderstanding of it. The Methernitha Community in Switzerland currently has 5 or 6 working models of fuelless, self-running devices that tap this energy.

2) Permanent Magnets. Dr. Robert Adams (NZ) has developed astounding designs of electric motors, generators and heaters that run on permanent magnets. One such device draws 100 watts of electricity from the source, generates 100 watts to recharge the source, and produces over 140 BTU's of heat in two minutes!

3) Motionless Electromagnetic Generator, or MEG. Dr. Tom Bearden (USA) has two working models of a permanent magnet powered electrical transformer. It uses a 6-watt electrical input to control the path of a magnetic field coming out of a permanent magnet. By channeling the magnetic field, first to one output coil and then a second output coil, and by doing this repeatedly and rapidly in a "Ping-Pong" fashion, the device can produce a 96-watt electrical output with no moving parts. Bearden calls his device a Motionless Electromagnetic Generator, or MEG. Jean-Louis Naudin has duplicated Bearden's device in France. The principles for this type of device were first disclosed by Frank Richardson (USA) in 1978. Troy Reed (USA) has working models of a special magnetized fan that heats up as it spins. It takes exactly the same amount of energy to spin the fan whether it is generating heat or not. Beyond these developments, multiple inventors have identified working mechanisms that produce motor torque from permanent magnets alone.

There are dozens of other systems that I have not mentioned, many of them are as viable and well tested as the ones I have just recounted. But this short list is sufficient to make my point: free energy technology is here, now.

* It offers the world pollution-free, energy abundance for everyone, everywhere.
* It is now possible to stop the production of "greenhouse gases" and shut down all of the nuclear power plants.
* We can now desalinate unlimited amounts of seawater at an affordable price, and bring adequate fresh water to even the most remote habitats.
* Transportation costs and the production costs for just about everything can drop dramatically.
* Food can even be grown in heated greenhouses in the winter, anywhere.

All of these wonderful benefits that can make life on this planet so much easier and better for everyone have been postponed for decades.

The appearance of "free energy" technology in the public domain is the dawning of a truly civilized age. It is an epochal event in human history. (end of quotes)

Now there are exciting and new devices that have come to our attention:

Super-Efficient Electrolysis. Edison Device. The most abundant and practical source of pure hydrogen and oxygen on the planet is ordinary water. However, previously it had not been possible to break water down into its molecular state in practical terms from an energy consumption standpoint. The process consumed more energy than could be extracted from the resulting hydrogen and oxygen gases. As an example, 1000 watts of energy would be consumed to break water down to its molecular state and only 900 watts of usable gas energy would be yielded from the process. Recently, two new processes have been developed that are capable of breaking water down at lower energy consumption rates; however, those processes have proven to be costly and impractical. One requires the use of a very specialized chemical additive on a continuous basis that is in relatively short supply. Furthermore, the chemicals left over from the process must be disposed of without contaminating the environment. The other process is only accomplishable in highly controlled centrally located facilities. Therefore, it would involve establishing new hydrogen and oxygen gas distribution and transportation channels from scratch.
