Hi. Thanks for your response. Actually, the story does not belong to me, but rather from someone in Massachusetts. I am here in California, just north of the Golden Gate Bridge, in Marin county, struggling with what appears to be plaguing the entire nation -- a court system that is completely out of control. Some people experience this in the traffic divisions, some in the criminal division, but where it is making the most detrimental impact on people's lives is in the family law divisions.

Here, in Marin county, folks are banding together and attacking this unjust system of lawyers, judges, and court appointed "experts" to get some serious reform going. From staging protests outside the courthouse, to initiating recall petitions against those who don't deserve to sit on the bench, we are attempting to give a voice to those who feel "you just can't fight city hall."

I felt this article was important to circulate because it really summed up and drove home the "what, why and how" of what's going on. Normally, when I talk to folks who really don't understand the nature of how out of control the government is, they find the family law scheme unbelievable. With this article, is shed a light of credence on an other outrageous tale.

Karen Winner did an investigative report regarding the corruption happening here in Marin county. I personally know many of the victims who's story the report details. There was also a slush fund scandal discovered by Marvin Bryer in the Los Angels court system which was published by Insight Magazine.

With regard to the twisting and perversion within the "psychiatric profession", Insight Magazine has published two hard-hitting articles regarding the much-hyped parental alienation syndrome as well as trend to diminish importance of child sexual abuse.

I am in no way an expert regarding this subject and am just learning about it. You can also email Karen Anderson, who originally sent me the article. She either runs or is involved with an organization called Mothers of Lost Children and has herself been subject to the misuse of PAS.

I think Kimberly Brown's story is the one which is getting the most media, and therefore, awaking the public.

I hope this help, and all the people, groups, and organizations above can give you way more "evidence" than I could. I'm just learning about this nightmare.
