Some have asked why she died. It started with a vaccine, in my opinion. Later she got more ill. She did fair til high school when the doctor said she only had 3 months to live. The family wouldn't settle for that, so under mom's guidance, we began to study about alternatives in the healing arts. Pamela lived 20 more years. Other things happened that complicated things, but I'll keep that personal. What's important is how she lived. She was a fighter and she never gave up. I hope I will have her courage if I should ever be faced with the same circumstances. She has been a great encouragement to me. I think of her when the path gets hard to walk.
